Short Term Finance

Short term finance is available for residential and commercial properties that include some of the following terms and conditions;

Terms:

6 months (minimum) to 12 months - longer terms may be considered.

Amounts:

from $20,000 - up to $1M - higher amounts may be considered.

Interest Rates:

The Interest Rate is Fixed for the Term of the loan and Based on a per annum basis payable on a minimum of 6 months basis in advance.

All Short Term Finance is subject to Approval and meeting certain criteria.
